At Freeport Marine Supply, we want to ensure your vessel is equipped with the right gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that certain specialized marine electronics and custom-cut rigging may be subject to specific manufacturer restrictions.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Freeport
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
